Frequently asked questions about photo & video

Do you shoot on location or in a studio?

Most shoots happen on-site at your premises, so products and spaces are shown in their real context. Studio setups are available for product-only shoots on request.

What do we get after the shoot?

Edited, ready-to-use photos and video cuts formatted for wherever they're going - your website, Instagram, TikTok or ad platforms - delivered digitally with full usage rights.

Can you handle our social media posting too?

Our monthly content retainers include a shoot day and a set number of edited posts and reels each month, so you always have fresh content ready to publish.

How far in advance do we need to book?

We recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead for a standard shoot, though we can often accommodate shorter notice depending on availability.

Can this content be used on our new website?

Yes. We regularly shoot content specifically to go with a new or updated website, so the photos and video match the pages they'll appear on.

Do you offer one-off shoots or only retainers?

Both. Book a single shoot for a launch or specific need, or set up a monthly retainer if you want a steady stream of content without organising it yourself.
